The 2026 Schedule

Twelve Fools. Four Divisions. Six Playoff Spots. One Champion.

The draft is officially in the books.

The rosters are set. The excuses have already started. Some of you drafted like seasoned professionals. Others appear to have misunderstood the concept of fantasy football.

Regardless, the 2026 Fantasy Football season is upon us and as your benevolent and completely unbiased Commissioner who works very hard, I would like to formally introduce this year’s regular-season schedule.

I took a slightly more strategic approach to the schedule this year, while keeping our core schedule principles:

• Every team plays every other team in their division twice
• Every tea plays every team at least once.

But, this year the schedule is broken up into three phases (kinda like Faction Wars. Chris alone understands)

THE 14-WEEK REGULAR SEASON

We’ve got 14 regular-season weeks, and the schedule is divided into three distinct phases.

PHASE I — THE GAUNTLET
Weeks 1–11

For the first 11 weeks, everyone plays everyone once in true round robin style. By the end of Week 11, every team will have faced every other team in the league exactly once. This gives us a true league-wide measuring stick. No hiding behind a soft schedule. No claiming you would’ve won if you hadn’t played the “good teams.” Everybody gets everybody. 11 weeks. 11 different opponents.

PHASE II — DIVISIONAL WAR
Weeks 12–13

Once we’ve completed the Gauntlet, we enter the divisional portion of the schedule. Each team will face its two divisional opponents for the second time during this portion of the season (with some spilling into week 14). But we aren’t making things completely boring. Some cross-division matchups are mixed in as well. By this point in the season, we should have a pretty good idea of who’s a contender, who’s fighting for a wild card, and who’s already mentally preparing their 2027 draft strategy. And those divisional rematches could have massive implications. A Week 13 division matchup could determine who wins the division. Or who gets a wild card. Or who gets a bye. Or who gets to spend the playoffs watching everyone else.

PHASE III — THE FOOL FINALE
Weeks 14

I the final week, we mix some remaining divisional matchups with some juicy cross divisonal matchups. Frankly, the final week could be absolute chaos.

• Joey vs Corey — The #1 and #2 draft picks battle in the Boogie Division. Potential division championship.
• Jensen vs Nathan — A Suck It Bryant Division showdown that could decide the division or a playoff spot.
• Scott vs Austin — The #12 vs #11 draft picks face off in a potentially crucial You’d Cream Division battle.
• Kyle vs Cat — MDF Division rivals could be fighting for the division crown.
• Murkve vs Adam — A cross-division matchup that could have major wild-card implications. Also the matchup of the two non-fools.

In other words: by Week 14, every game could matter. Divisions, wild cards, byes, and playoff dreams could all come down to the final Sunday.

And that’s the schedule this year.

Finally, one more thing. If you’re new to the league then you need to know that whatever team scores the most points in every week of the regular season wins $20. The one exception to that is BONUS week. Bonus week is a randomly selected week throughout the year where whoever scores the most will win $80 instead. This years bonus week is:
