Our 2017 Champion: Nathan Emmons

And just like that, we have our SECOND two time Champ. Nathan has once again ascended to the pinnacle of excellence and claimed the TrophDeez of Supremacy.

Nathan and his team “LET TRADES LIVE – Yr Adam Tanked” entered the Playoffs with the #3 seed and an 8-5 record. His team included the likes of Tom Brady, TGIII, Tyreek Hill and Deandre Hopkins.

In the first round of the Playoffs, Nathan faced off with the other two time Champ, Corey Leak and Team YOU FOOLS. Corey’s team was lead by Keenen Allen, Devonta Freeman and Travis Kelcie, but it wasn’t enough to topple the once and future Champ. Nathan’s team won 112 – 99.

In the second round Nathan would come up against the #2 seeded team Bryant and his team “Stairway to Evans.” Bryant’s team would crumble before his eyes though as Nathan defeated him 155 – 68. It’s one of the most impressive wins in playoff history.

In the championship game, Nathan would come face to face the with #1 team in the League, “Show Me Your TDs” and their owner Austin. Austin had run through the league that year putting up an impressive 10-3 record. He was the overwhelming favorite to win the matchup and finally claim his first championship. But Nathan would not be denied. His team defeated Austins 119 – 92.

Nathan becomes the second ever two time Champ and possess the TrophDeez for the very first time. Congraulations to our Champion!
