The League Office promised you a Column / Power Rankings this week. We assumed something dramatic would happen between last week and now that would shake up the rankings. We were wrong. The Power Rankings remain the same going into Week One.
So instead, we’ll use this space to highlight something far more important than fake football standings: the engagement of Austin Scott and Meegeehan.
Austin, we love you—even if you’re wrong about bacon, red pandas, and spoiler etiquette. Somehow, despite all that, you’ve convinced someone to say yes. Miracles do happen. Just not for my team in the Fantasy Playoffs.
And to Megheeeeeeeennn (we know you’re reading this), welcome to the extended Fool Town Universe. We apologize in advance for the countless times Austin will laugh at his phone during the day, only to tell you “nothing” when you ask what’s so funny. Yes, the other Fool Wives deal with that as well. Could be worse. Austin could have no friends or he could hate the most adorable little red pandas for no reason… maybe you should ask him about that.
