PRW14: The Final Power Rankings

Friends, the regular season is finished. With it’s conclusion, comes a furry of updates. So buckle up, this is gonna be a long one.

Let’s start with the Power Rankings. The master of all things cream has found himself at the top of the Power Rankings at seasons end. Corey started the year ranked 5th and was even ranked 12th at one point in the season. His furious comeback to secure not just the #1 ranking, but the #1 seed in the playoffs has been nothing short of astounding. Well done.

Speaking of Playoffs. The bracket is set. It actually wasn’t that difficult to figure out this year.

Corey and Justin secured first round byes which means they only have to win one game to get to the Championship game in week 17. They get this week off.

Our two first round matchups are interesting for different reasons. First there’s Kyle vs Adam, the game of two teams people probably can’t believe are here. Adam won eight games this year. Remember us making fun of him for keeping Rodgers? Fantasy is a weird game. Meanwhile, Kyle only won seven games, but that was enough to somehow win his division (thanks Scott and Austin). In some ways, both of these teams are playing with house money. It’d be awesome to see either one of the make a run.

On the other side of the bracket, we have last years Championship game rematch. Kory vs Joey. The two most recent additions to the league and the two teams who have found the most success over the past two years. One of them isn’t getting out of the first round this year. That alone is kinda crazy.

Finally, with the regular season complete we have half of next years draft order decided. Below is the order of the first six picks in next years draft:

The final six picks will be determined as the playoffs conclude with whoever wins the Championship getting the final pick.
