The 2021 Fooly Awards Voting Form

It’s that time again, friends. AWARD TIME, to be more specific.

Below is the voting form for the 2021 Fooly Awards. Many of our favorite categories are back, along with a couple of new ones that I think will spice things up. There are several awards not listed on this page that will also be handed out, but those awards (such as Game of the Year and Team Performance of the Year) don’t need to be voted on because they are objective awards based on the numbers. What we’re voting for are the subjective awards.
