Playoff Picture Week 13

There’s only one more week of regular season Fantasy Football left this year. So let’s take a look at how the current divisions are shaping up and the current Playoff Picture:

East Division:
Congratulations to Corey “Cor(nell)ey” Leak for clinching the East Division Title this year. Despite this, he is unable to clinch a first round bye this year because of myself and Justin.

West Division:
Yeah I win this and it’s not even close. Congrats to ME. I’ve also wrapped up the #1 Seed and a first round bye. But also, congrats to Nathan for securing a playoff spot as well, all be it a Wildcard spot. With eight wins, there’s currently no one else who could unseat him. The story of the west doesn’t end there though. Aj, with six wins, can actually still make the playoffs. In fact, if the season ended right now, Aj would make the playoffs because he owns the tiebreak over Kyle Murkve. All three of the teams in this division could find themselves in the post season. That’s impressive.

South Division:
Wanna know what ISN’T impressive? This division. It sucks. It’s also still up for grabs. Jensen and Scott will battle it out this week to determine the winner of this division. If Jensen wins, he will make the playoffs based on record alone. If he loses, him and Scott will be tied on wins and Scott will make the playoffs based on Head to Head record.

North Division
Meanwhile, congrats to Justin for winning the North Division. His record of 9-3 has proven his domination this year and has secured him the #2 seed and a first round bye. He’s not the end of this story though as Kyle Murkve is in the hunt for a Wildcard spot. He needs AJ to lose, and he has to win his game this week to make this a reality. Aj is playing Nathan and Kyle is playing Justin, so this should be interesting.

So, let’s take a look at how the Playoff bracket looks right now:

At first glance I’m seeing a future where I freaking lose to Nathan in the second round… so that’s fun.
