Our 2012 Champion: Adam Hulme!!

The year was 2012. Our league was just birthed into the ethos of Fantasy Glory and our first task was the find our inaugural champion.

Adam entered the Playoffs as the #3 seed and with a 10-4 recored.

He played Dean Flux and the Clearwater Pimps in the first round. Try as the Pimps might, they couldn’t stand up against The Abusement Park and their centerpiece Adrian Peterson.

In the second round, Adam faced Bryant and his team “Somewhere Over Dwayne Bowe,” the #2 seeded team in the Playoffs (who, interestingly enough, didn’t have Dwayne Bowe on his team during the Playoffs.) Abusement Park CRUSHED Bryant’s Dwayne Boweless Team 105 – 81.

In the Championship Game, Adam came face to face with a surprise finalist, Scott and his team Buster McThunderstick. Scott got into the playoffs as a #4 Seed on the backs of Matt Forte and Matt Ryan. Adam would have no trouble dispatching Scott’s Team however 109 – 81.

And thus, a Champion was born. Although this win was “Pre-Trophdeez,” Adam will always be known as our first and inaugural champion.
